Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rorabong.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once shipped back, please contact us with your return inquiry, put your order number in the subject line and add the return tracking number.

Damaged Items

We do our best to ship all products safely and securely, but some glass products are notoriously fragile, and occasionally some items are damaged during shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please Contact Us immediately with a broken item inquiry and please include 2 pictures -

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Q: How do I return something?

A: Please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by email at info@rorabong.com

Provide us with your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for return.

  1. Once your return is approved, you will be emailed within 24~48 hours.
  2. Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to the shipping address you will be provided with your order.
  3. Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label.
  4. We will let you know the receipt of your return in email.
  5. Once your return is processed an confirmed, please allow 3~7 days for your bank to execute the refund amount to your account.

Q: How soon will the user receive the refund:

When we receive the return package, we will refund you immediately. And the refunds will take approximately 3-7 business days to be credited to your payment account

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DAMAGED ITEMS

Once providing a picture, store credit will be issued forthe amount paid for the damaged item.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to cover the shipping costs as well.
